A sparkling cacao botanical, brewed slowly and carefully by hand. RISE is cold-filtered cacao and date syrup, lifted with a fine, gentle sparkle. No caffeine crash or sugar spike - just a moment to pause, breathe, and rise into your day, or evening get together.

Description

Our first ready-to-drink cacao. Made from the same ceremonial-grade Peruvian cacao we hand-grind in Brighton, cold-filtered and brought together with cacao husk, date syrup, then carbonated for a refreshing taste. Sweet enough, not too bitter - just the right balance.
